"Having a sense of humor does get you through pretty much anything.” - Connie Bramer

Today's featured award-winning author is an 11-year breast cancer survivor, entrepreneur, mom, speaker and founder of (GYRB) Get Your Rack Back Inc, Connie Bramer. Connie and I talk about her entry as a contributing author to the inspirational book, Chaos to Clarity, and her nonprofit's mission to assist local cancer patients with the same level of love and comfort she felt as a cancer patient in her community.

Key Takeaways:

“Give of yourself and be kind.”

“What you think about you can bring about.”

The mind is very powerful at healing.

“Don’t get riled up about the stuff you can’t control.”
